My roommate just came back crying. I offered to talk, but she declined. I had to make her smile at least once, and I did - even if it did come out a little watery. Damn it I though I was done feeling helpless towards people I have to co-exist with!

There is a giant igloo made of styrofoam in the lobby of my floor.

I've decided that from now on I'm either going to do laundry at home, or if I must use the one in my dorm at two in the morning. I have wet clothes, and a half-hour till either or the working dryers are free.

However the weekend with my family at Newport was fun. I got a lot of good pictures of the ocean.
